Perfect for STR & MTR inspections
Been doing inspections for 4 years with clients using all kinds of other inspection apps and this is by far the quickest to learn, quickest to use, and gives the best look and layout of the reports to clients. Perfect for doing quick short-term Airbnb inspections and easy enough that I've taught the cleaners how to use it.
A life changer!
I've tried several inspection apps over the years which is a time consuming project to set up each time. I've had high hopes but not one of the apps met all of my needs the way this one has. I travel out of the country for inspections and have struggled with poor wifi situations throughout my lengthy inspections which caused a lot of wheel spinning and down time (SO frustrating). I have not experienced this issue even once with myInspections. So far I have done 4 hotel inspections and been very pleased. Thank you!
Use for 50 single family homes
If you have dozens of properties use this app. It will allow you to make all sorts of checklists. You can have 50 properties, select a property and the checklist or checklists fall under a "template". I use 1) general liability outdoors 2) general liability indoors 3) hvac 4) electric 5) roof 6) fire safety. Your properties will be organized and you will operate at a higher mode. Don't need iPad. iPhone will work fine.
Simple and powerful
This is exactly what I was looking for as a first time landlord. A simple and clean way to keep a record of house inspections. It's eliminated all uncertainty of condition between owners and tenants and keeps all the history in one place. You're able to capture the property in detail too with unlimited photos. Highly recommend this app!

I'm so glad I found this app to make managing my properties and doing the inspections so easy and I can't believe it's free. Reports generated seamlessly with easy to capture pictures all through the app is a game changer. Couldn't recommend this app more!

I love how simple this app is to use. The photos and comments are signed, shared, can be edited, signed then stored. You can select first or routine or final inspection. Any previous inspection report can be accessed easily so it's a great reference. An inspection can be printed if need be.

Things people ask

How much storage do I get?
On any paid plan, storage is unlimited. Snap as many photos and videos as the job needs, at full resolution, and we keep every one for as long as you're subscribed. The Free plan holds onto everything for 12 months.
What does "unlimited" actually mean?
Pretty much what it says. 'Unlimited' is for genuine inspection work, though. If someone is using us in an abusive or extremely storage-intensive way, we have a Fair Use of Unlimited Plans policy for that.
Where does my data live, and who can see it?
Your inspections are yours. Everything is stored securely, encrypted in transit, and we never sell it or hand it to third parties. Only you, your team, and the people you share your inspections' secure links with will see your reports. The full details are in our privacy policy.
I've got hundreds of properties. Can I bring them across?
Yes. We have a nice bulk-importing tool for this. Put your properties in a spreadsheet and let the magic happen. Of course, reach out to us anytime if you'd like us to do the importing for you!
Can I use this for things other than property inspections?
Totally! Some of our language is property-centric, but plenty of teams point it at anything that needs a photo, a checklist, and a signed record: cleaners, vehicle checks, equipment audits, site handovers, you name it.
How do other people sign?
Two ways. During the inspection, anyone with you can sign on the spot, right on your device. Afterwards, share a secure link and they sign in their own browser, on any device. No account, no app download.
How do you compare to other inspection software?
We have a laser-focused, polished set of features just for doing inspections. Some of the big players in our space have much larger, broader features that serve a different or enterprise type of customer. What we hear, over and over, is that the experience is fluid, fast, and genuinely nice to use.
