A life changer!
I've tried several inspection apps over the years which is a time consuming project to set up each time. I've had high hopes but not one of the apps met all of my needs the way this one has. I travel out of the country for inspections and have struggled with poor wifi situations throughout my lengthy inspections which caused a lot of wheel spinning and down time (SO frustrating). Use for 50 single family homes
If you have dozens of properties use this app. It will allow you to make all sorts of checklists. You can have 50 properties, select a property and the checklist or checklists fall under a "template". I use 1) general liability outdoors 2) general liability indoors 3) hvac 4) electric 5) roof 6) fire safety. Your properties will be organized and you will operate at a higher mode. Don't need iPad. iPhone will work fine.
